Throughout my career in acquisitions, development and architecture, I have taken residential, mixed-use, office, retail, and hotel developments from the initial underwriting and purchase, through the design and construction, to the final close out and sale of units.   I have purchased, developed, designed and constructed over $1 billion of real estate across the country.

I was Director of Acquisitions for a development company in New York City.  As Acquisitions Director I searched for properties, underwrote properties, arranged financing, negotiated contracts, created building envelopes, and developed budgets and schedules.  This position also required beginning the design process with the architects and finding contractors suitable for the construction process.

Prior to this I worked as an architect  for Robert AM Stern Architects and Davis Brody Bond Architects.  As project manager with these architecture firms, I designed, detailed, and managed the construction of numerous buildings.  This involved managing the teams within the office, coordinating consultants’ drawings and specifications, and overseeing the contractors constructing the buildings.
